Museum of Drug Policy NYC

Partnering with frequent collaborator Mikhael Tara Garver, as well as Soze Productions, Iron Bloom consulted and advised on the design, logistics and installation of this Pop-up Exhibit.  In coordination with that year’s UNGASS (United Nations General Assembly Special Session on Drugs) concurrent discussion on international drug policy, and the Open Society Foundation, the exhibit doubled as an interactive museum and performance venue. We designed art installations and the scenic surround of the space, lending our expertise on how to best and most efficiently transform the space into a multidisciplinary venue—in this case, a raw commercial shell into an art gallery and venue for performance; a space for multiple interactive and participatory art pieces and performances throughout the month.
