Aaron Ardisson

Lead Associate

is a theater artist and the Lead Associate at Iron Bloom.

Before joining Iron Bloom, Aaron worked on projects around New York City as a Director, Sound Designer, and Carpenter. In 2016, Aaron worked at The Bushwick Starr as the Social Media Manager.

In 2017, he was on the build team for Iron Bloom with the critically-acclaimed Barrow Street production of Sweeney Todd. That spring, Aaron was the Stage Manager for the U.S. Tour of The Orbiting Human Circus of the Air, brainchild of Neutral Milk Hotel’s Julian Koster. That fall he continued freelance work with Iron Bloom, traveling to Denver to help produce OATH: FORCE 17, a global sales conference, and to Phoenix to build The Marketplace at LOST LAKE.

When he joined Iron Bloom full-time in 2018, Aaron had been maintaining Sweeney Todd and working as a Deck Carp behind the scenes on some performances. Since then, he’s been with Iron Bloom on almost every project, traveling to San Francisco for Clusterfest and Outside Lands, to Michigan for Electric Forest, to Chicago for Nevermore Park, and working in NYC on various Off-Broadway productions.

Originally from Nashville, Aaron graduated from Skidmore College with a B.S. in Theater. In his free time, he enjoys fixing up old cars.
